The UOW College choosed 5Ks as provider of the new ship handling simulator to be installed in the college premises in Hong Kong.
The simulator is composed by one part task bridge and a class-room of five virtual bridge station.
In all the station has been integrated the GMDSS on-board station and the type approved Simrad ECDIS so to create a complete ship environment on each bridge of the system.
The Mistral simulator also include one virtual bridge in stand alone version with VR function which is used during exibition and promotional activities.
