Thanks to the Mistral system and the competence of the Caboto Foundation team, a new 5Ks simulation system has been authorized by the Italian Maritime Autorithy (Comando Generale delle Capitanerie di Porto) to provide training courses for maritime personnel in accordance with the STCW Code and national regulations.
The installed system is based on the Mistral simulation line and consists of an instructor station and five trainee stations configured to grant Radar, Radar ARPA, ECDIS, Bridge Team Work and GMDSS communication training.
